We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The building and equipment looked new and were in excellent condition. We loved the spacious and clean room with comfortable beds, a small fridge, and a wide bathroom with three separate areas. It was great that the heating system in the bathroom allowed us to dry our washed clothes. The hotel was conveniently located near the Higashiyama station and a local market, making it easy to get around this city and find local provisions.

Located in a street full of restaurants, perfect for a Christmas dinner. the room had a heater that worked really well and kept us warm at night. the bed was comfortable and had plenty of blankets, which was great for the cold weather. the hotel was located within walking distance of a beautiful park and shopping center.
there were no English instructions for the washing machine and the dryer, which made it difficult to do our laundry.

the location of the hotel right in the city centre is incredibly convenient. Not only was it really close to a local market, but it was also very close to the center and near the Miyako Messe conference center. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. the bed was comfy, and we had a small fridge in the room which was really handy.
The bathroom was a little cramped, and there wasn't much space to put our toiletries.

Modern Decor and Cleanliness
The hotel had a very modern decor which was aesthetically pleasing. The rooms were also very clean and well kept. The bathroom had a good shower, and the towels were fresh and clean. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, and easy access to public transportation.
This hotel lacked any romantic atmosphere. The lighting was too bright and cold, and there was no cozy vibe to the room.

Great spacious rooms and great location! Comfy beds, relaxing tub, and clean property. Excellent English reception. Conveniently close to Higashiyama station and local market. Beautiful garden courtyard.
No negatives from this place.
